Every provider submits business registration documents, a valid ID, and (where applicable) insurance and professional license documentation before their account is reviewed and approved. Verified providers carry a badge visible on their profile and listings.
Account and platform data is stored with row-level security, meaning accounts can only access data they're authorized to see. Verification documents are handled separately and are never publicly visible. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Listings are either fixed-price instant bookings or quotation-based, so you know exactly what you're paying before you commit. For quotation requests, you can compare multiple providers side by side before accepting one.
Seekers can rate and review a provider after a job is completed, and those ratings are visible on the provider's public profile. This builds an honest track record over time, for new and established providers alike.
If something goes wrong with a booking, no-show, mismatched description, or a payment issue, you'll be able to report it directly from the booking and our team will review both sides before resolving it.
Accounts found to violate our terms, including fraudulent listings or misrepresented verification documents, can be suspended by our admin team. Both seekers and providers can report suspicious activity through Help & Support.
