How does NETSYNC decide between instant booking and a quotation?
It depends on what's being requested. Fixed-price, straightforward jobs (like a home repair) are usually instant-book. Equipment, vehicles, and larger jobs (like renting an excavator) usually go out as a quotation request so you can compare providers before committing.
How do I get verified as a provider?
Go to Profile Settings → Verification and submit your CAC certificate, a government ID, and (if applicable) an insurance certificate. Your account status will show as "pending" until it's reviewed.
Can one account be both a seeker and a provider?
Yes. In Profile Settings → Personal Info, set your account type to "Both" and you'll be able to request services and list your own from the same account.
What if the category or service I need isn't listed?
Both the listing form and the request form have an "Other" option where you can describe what you need in your own words. We review these and may add new categories as demand grows.
